Helpme is an app for organisations that need to have a reachable contact for the clients at all times for the case there are calamities or someone panics. Using one mobile phone that is passed among employees, and hard-code the number in all client's smartphones it not a good way to solve this issue. Helpme can be configured with groups. Each group can have multiple employees who can switch themselves to active. When a client opens the Helpme mobile app (first time login is required to set up the app), the active employee's number will be fetched from the server and called. For the case there is no connection to the server (no WiFi or mobile data network) backup numbers can be defined on group and organisation level. The backupnumbers will be fetched when users login the first time. This ensures there is allways a number available.
